Every Voice. Every Action.
Every Moment Counts.

VIVID is a movement built on action, mobilization, and accountability. We are not a passive advocacy group—we take direct action to protect LGBTQ+ lives, enforce change, and hold power accountable. This work is urgent, and we need dedicated, driven volunteers to help make it happen.

Whether you can commit a few hours a week or a few days a month, your time is invaluable in helping us build a national force for LGBTQ+ rights, crisis response, and political power.
When you volunteer with VIVID, you are not just supporting a cause—you are on the front lines of change.
Why Volunteer With VIVID?
When you volunteer with VIVID, you’re not just supporting a cause—you’re becoming part of a movement that takes direct action. We are not here to simply raise awareness. We are here to mobilize, intervene, and create real change where it matters most. While other organizations focus on visibility, we focus on protection, accountability, and political power. We don’t just talk about LGBTQ+ rights—we enforce them.
By joining VIVID, you will gain real activist experience in grassroots organizing, political advocacy, and direct action. You will connect with a network of passionate LGBTQ+ leaders and allies who are committed to making change happen. Your work will have an immediate impact on the lives of LGBTQ+ people facing discrimination, violence, and political attacks. Whether you’re defending trans youth from harmful legislation, exposing corporate hypocrisy, or influencing elections, you will be on the front lines of a movement that refuses to be ignored.
